Solutions Engineer
Brief of the Role
We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in researching, planning, evolving, and integrating our solutions with customers’ and partners’ systems. Successful integrations are crucial to providing highly customized solutions. You will work directly with customers and partners, becoming a subject matter expert who can organize complex details and translate them into actionable plans for our engineering team. To excel in this role, you must be resourceful, creative, inquisitive, and adept at solving technical challenges.As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that meet Partner needs, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless integration of our products with various systems. You will collaborate closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions, providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales and implementation process. Your role will also involve conducting technical presentations and demonstrations, creating technical documentation, and continuously improving our integration processes.
Required Skills
3+ years of experience with REST APIs and/or complex systems like ERPs, focusing on systematic data handling.
Proficiency with SQL and Python is a must.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, R, or data visualization tools.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

What we expect of you
You do what you say you will do.Work with our Partners and customers to define integration requirements, resolve all integration challenges, and ensure that data is mapped and loaded correctly to our platform.
Dive into technical details with internal and external engineering teams and drive technical solutions.
Lead the onboarding of new Partners, ensuring they are fully integrated and supported throughout the process.
Read API documentation and identify new opportunities to expand and improve our integrations.
Implement data governance procedures meeting internal requirements as well as requirements of Partners and collaborators.
Design analytical systems to verify and validate data quality and identify issues or inaccuracies in internal or external data.
