Partner Delivery Manager

About the Role

The Partner Delivery Manager owns the operating rhythm of AgVend’s largest and most complex manufacturer launches. When a strategic partnership launches, workstreams across product, engineering, legal, onboarding, and commercial operations have to land in sequence and in step with the partner. You own execution: the tracker, the task management system, the meeting cadence, the reporting, and the day-to-day coordination that keeps every workstream aligned and moving.

The work spans both sides of a launch. On any given day you may be tracking an API integration dependency with engineering in the morning and coordinating a payments or onboarding decision with the commercial team in the afternoon. You do need to follow both well enough to track what depends on what, ask the question that exposes a hidden risk, and know when a workstream is quietly slipping before it becomes a problem.

What You Will Do

Program Coordination Across Workstreams

  • Own the master plan and tracker for major launches spanning both technical workstreams (integrations, data, product, testing) and commercial workstreams (onboarding, communications).

  • Keep every workstream lead clear on what they own, what is due, and what they are waiting on from others. Map dependencies across workstreams and keep the critical path visible to everyone.

  • Manage all program tasks in the team’s project management system. Keep it current, keep it accurate, and make it the single source of truth for status.

Cadence and Meeting Management

  • Own and run the program’s meeting rhythm: internal weekly syncs, cross-functional working sessions, and the recurring cadence with the partner.

  • Organize the logistics, set the agendas, and capture and distribute notes, decisions, and action items for every meeting. Nothing agreed in a room gets lost.

Reporting and Communication

  • Produce a clear, consistent weekly status report for internal teams: what moved, what is at risk, what needs a decision, and what is coming next.

  • Prepare and coordinate the reporting we share out to the partner, ensuring our external updates are accurate, aligned internally, and delivered on cadence.

Risk and Dependency Management

  • Anticipate roadblocks, dependencies, and slippage before they surface. Surface risks early, with a proposed path forward, to the workstream owner or program leadership.

  • Follow both the technical and commercial discussions closely enough to recognize when a workstream is drifting off track, even when you are not the one making the call on how to fix it.

What We Are Looking For

Experience

  • 3 to 6 years in program coordination, project management, implementation, or technical delivery, with a track record of coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder efforts to a deadline.

  • Demonstrated ability to hold many workstreams together at once without dropping threads. You have run something big and cross-functional and kept it organized.

  • Comfortable operating across both technical and commercial teams simultaneously, translating between them and keeping both aligned to the same plan.

  • Background in software development, SaaS, or a similarly complex B2B environment is a strong advantage. Ag-specific context can be learned quickly by the right person.

  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace.

What Success Looks Like

  • The plan is real and current
A single, trusted master plan and tracker governs the launch, and every workstream lead knows their status against it at any moment.

  • Risks surface early
Slippage, blockers, and dependency conflicts are flagged with enough lead time to act, not discovered after they have already caused a delay.

  • The cadence runs itself
Internal syncs and partner meetings happen on rhythm, with agendas, notes, and action items that close. Decisions made in a room are captured and followed through.

  • The team always knows where things stand
A clear weekly report gives the team and leadership an accurate picture of progress, risk, and decisions needed, without anyone having to assemble it themselves.

  • The partner experiences a launch that feels organized
Our external reporting is consistent, accurate, and aligned, and the partner has confidence in how the program is being run.
