Network Activation Lead

Brief of the Role

We are looking for a Network Activation Lead (NAL) to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will take the go-to-market strategies of our manufacturing, distribution, and financing partners and translate them into actionable marketing and sales plans that drive measurable value across the AgVend network. You will work side by side with Account Executives and coordinate across internal teams to ensure flawless execution through our network. Our primary objective is to generate bottom-line impact for our clients through greater sales, marketing efficiencies and increased ROI. You will report to the Head of Network Activation.

While we feel strongly about periodically being in person together, we operate a distributed-first team model. We are looking for the best regardless of where you live.

Your Background

You have a proven track record of bringing strategies to life by bridging multiple stakeholders, data, and technology to deliver measurable business outcomes. You must have at least 6 years of experience in sales, account management, brand management, or customer success within the agriculture input supply chain. You must have strong project management with experience driving cross-functional execution. You are an excellent communicator with a keen focus on detail and strategy.

  • Partner Strategy Execution

    • The nation’s largest and most innovative ag suppliers are turning to the AgVend Network to execute their go-to-market strategies. As a Network Activation Lead, you are the day-to-day operational partner for these suppliers. You will deeply understand their business objectives, align with the Account Executive on the overall strategy for the partnership, and translate that strategy into clear activation requirements that guide how AgVend teams execute.

  • Network Activation

    • Build activation plans in collaboration with Nexus Account Executives to deliver on the goals of the supplier. Coordinate across internal AgVend teams to clearly articulate the plan and value that it will bring to the AgVend network. Execute business reviews and strategy sessions using data-driven stories and articulate the value of a successful activation.

  • “Change your own oil”
