Key Account Manager

Brief of the Role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our fast-growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for leading AgVend’s efforts to build new, and grow existing relationships with the executives at the nation’s leading ag retailers. You will report to AgVend’s Chief Commercial Officer.


AgVend is the leading digital enablement solution to serve the producer of tomorrow through and with Ag Retailers. Our white-labeled information, communication, and engagement solutions, are designed to strengthen the relationship between the ag distribution channel and their grower-customers.


Headquartered in Austin, TX we operate a distributed-first team model. We are looking for the best regardless of where you live in the U.S. or Canada.



You are a seasoned sales executive capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at the highest levels of an organization. You are comfortable initiating these conversations, leading deals to a close, and supporting post sale. You are used to building value in competitive situations and enjoy working on products that require a technical understanding, combined with an intimate knowledge of your customer’s business. Finally, you are an organization builder. You like to actively participate in the development of our sales process, the articulation of our value proposition, and the growth of our product today and in the future.

  • Acquire new accounts

    • Some of the nation’s largest and most innovative ag suppliers are seeing significant success from using our Platform. Your job is to communicate this value and add new partner accounts to the network.
  • Own executive-level relationships

    • The key to any SaaS model’s success is the retention and growth of accounts. You will partner with your accounts’ dedicated Partnership Manager to ensure retention and successful expansion on their digital journey.
  • “Change your own oil”

    • We are a highly efficient team and we expect you to be excited to get your hands dirty and build their own pipeline.
