Data Specialist

Brief of the Role

We are looking for a Data Specialist to join our fast-growing team. We will look to you to become an expert in the AgVend products functionality, customer data acquisition, and data entry methods. You will be responsible for collecting, organizing and structuring partner data from multiple sources You will also be working with our partners and the Partnership Management team to manage partner data and date configuration. Your projects will range from assisting with Sales Hub and Grower Portal setup and configuration, to maintaining data integrity, and mapping partner data to AgVend data structures.


While we feel strongly about periodically being in person together, we operate a distributed-first team model. We are looking for the best regardless of where you live. This role is open to anyone in the US or Canada.

  • Work with our Partners and Partnership Manager to define project requirements, maintain clear communication, and ensure that data is mapped and loaded correctly to our Partner’s portals.

  • Proficient with Excel
