FAQ about the Marketplace sunset

What if I have an outstanding order?
If you placed an order prior to September 30, 2020, all products will be delivered by December 31, 2020. As with all AgVend orders, you will work with the retailer to handle any delivery, rebate, or order status questions. Our Marketplace team is still here to help if any other issues arise prior to December 31, 2020.
Who do I talk to for questions about a previous order?
As always, please contact our team via email at support@agvend.com or call us directly with any questions regarding previous orders.
Can I still buy online or receive bids?
Absolutely. If you opt in here, we will connect you directly with any of our partners who have online Grower Portals and eCommerce options. You will then be able to shop their products, request prices, and build new relationships.
What does this mean for the 2021 season?
You can still make purchases and submit quotes through AgVend.com until September 30. All orders placed prior to midnight on September 30 must be delivered or picked up by December 31, 2020. Opt in here if you would like to shop online for products through our partners.
Does this mean AgVend is shutting down / what does this mean for AgVend?
AgVend is not closing! We have had great adoption with our Grower Portals that we power for ag retailers. As we continue to see a big focus on a digitally-enabled way for growers to do business with their prefered/trusted retailer, we are going to continue to focus on those efforts.
